Thayne Bailey has specialized in selling multi-units and commercial properties for over five years, and has helped over 200 investors in liquidating, or acquiring real estate. In the last 12 months Thayne Bailey has had over 20 million dollars in sales transactions. Thayne is a member of the Commercial Agent Committee, and the Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee. He has attended numerous seminars, and holds the prestigious designations of CRS and GRI from the National Association of Realtors. Thayne is a Utah native, and lives in Orem with his wife and five kids. Before he started his career in real estate he was an International Business Consultant in Mexico for ten years. Thayne is a BYU alumnus, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
