Melissa Krantz has been working as a Transaction Agent and assistant to Thayne since May of 2004. She sets up appointments for showings, and prepares all the necessary paper work for all of Thayne's transactions. Melissa is currently attending real estate school, and will soon be receiving her real estate license. She graduated from UVSC in 2003 with an Associates degree in Multimedia Communications Technology. She is also fluent in Spanish, which is very helpful.
